Who is Josemy Costa

Josemy Costa is not just a real estate broker, she’s a visionary leader who is reshaping the way we live, invest, and care for our homes. With an international career that began in the 1990s, she has built successful businesses in Brazil and, since 2011, has been making her mark in Florida’s real estate market.

Today, as the head of three thriving companies in sales, vacation homes, and property management, Josemy operates in some of Orlando’s most dynamic markets, serving both local buyers and international investors.
